General Event Questions

What are the dates and times of the conference?
Conference dates are Tuesday, July 15 – Wednesday, July 16. The conference will begin on Tuesday at 7:00 AM and continue to 3:30 pm on Wednesday.

What does my registration fee include?
Registration fees include access to all conference activities including meals and evening receptions. Meals include:

– Tuesday: breakfast, Refreshments during the day, lunch, and heavy appetizers with beverages during the evening

– Wednesday: Refreshments and breakfast

What type of businesses attend the conference?

Are there sponsorship opportunities available?

Why have I not received a registration confirmation?
All confirmations are sent at the conclusion of your registration. If you have not received a confirmation, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you need a confirmation resent to you, please email Karen Lui at klui@accessintel.com.

Is there a discount for government employees at the on-site conference?
Yes. The registration rate is substantially lower than our general audience. Click here for a review of registration options.

Do you have a guest fee?
If you wish to bring your spouse to the conference, they would be entitled to receive the same rate you were entitled. We do not have lower or special guest or spouse rates.

Do you have multiple registrations discounts?
We do offer group discounts. Please contact Karen Lui at klui@accessintel.com for more information.

What is your cancellation policy?
The cancellation deadline is June 15, 2025. All cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds will be given. If you need to cancel, your registration fee can be credited toward a future P3C Media event. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this event, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by registrants. Substitutions are allowed and must be made in writing. Please send all requests to Karen Lui at klui@accessintel.com prior to June 15, 2025.

Is there transportation from the airport to the hotel?
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the hotel. View travel discounts here.

What airport do I fly into?
DFW International Airport is roughly 20 minutes away and Dallas Love Field Airport is about 30 minutes from the hotel.
